In an interview from earlier today, a Samsung executive told Reuters that the company would (finally) launch a Tizen smartphone later this year. He also hinted at a new Samsung smartwatch, and now The Verge has it that this smartwatch will run Android Wear.
According to The Verge, Samsung confirmed via email that its first Android Wear-based smartwatch should be introduced before the end of 2014. Unfortunately, there are no other details about this for now.
