Apple could introduce the long-awaited iWatch at WWDC

Just a few days ago, Apple filed to extend its trademark to the category that includes jewelry and watches. That move has led to speculation that Apple is planning on introducing the long-awaited iWatch at WWDC. Assuming that Apple is planning on releasing the wearable in September, around the time that the next generation iPhone is released, unveiling the timepiece in June to help build up the hype is a game plan that Apple itself has used before.
