Back in September, we told you that Microsoft was rumored to be working on a Surface mini tablet, with a screen in the range between 7 and 8 inches. While no tablet like that was ever released, the rumor has returned. Once again, the focus is on a slate carrying a 7 inch to 8 inch display.
