A report published Thursday out of Ireland, reveals that an open beta of Twitter's Windows Phone 8.1 app has a number of new features, including greater integration with the platform than the current Twitter app. For example, the Twitter beta allows pictures tweeted by you to be viewed on the Photos Hub. Also, the 'Share to' is back, allowing link sharing with third party apps.
