Pantech, South Korea’s third largest smartphone maker (always behind Samsung and LG), today announced its latest flagship handset: the Vega Iron 2. As we told you earlier this month, the Vega Iron 2 does not have a Snapdragon 805 processor, despite a previous rumor that made us believe it does. Still, the new handset comes with a powerful quad-core Snapdragon 801 CPU clocked at 2.3GHz, so it’s on par with other flagships out there.
