The G3 might sport a metal back cover after all, tips LG's German PR branch

The German branch of LG's sprawling public relations empire, has all but confirmed a metal back cover for the LG G3. In their press release about the new QuickCircle case for the G3, the agency wrote literally that "the Quick Circle Case, which replaces the metallic back cover, supports wireless charging using the Qi-interface standards..."

Granted, "metallic" is not the same as "metal," but we'll give the translation from German the benefit of the doubt here. We've been seeing a brushed metal finish on the G3 on all the press renders that have leaked so far, but assumed that ...
