
As Xiaomi revealed the first tablet to use NVIDIA's powerful K1 mobile SoC, new benchmarks of the chip running on a device with 4GB of RAM (possibly a NVIDIA Shield 2 prototype) surfaced, showing what the beast is capable of in a fight. The Tegra K1 will be available in both 32 and 64 bit forms, and what we're seeing in these benchmarks is, quite possibly, the 64-bit one due to the ample amount of RAM on-board. Anyway, results show that the K1 is the new king in town, besting the last-generation Tegra 4 and the current Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor in all regards.
