While there were rumors about a 128 GB iPhone 5s, they never materialized, and this exceptionally high amount of internal storage is only reserved for one iPad mini with Retina Display, and one iPad Air model. The larger storage capacity makes sense for devices with bigger screens, like Apple's tablet line, where media consumption runs rampant, more so than on the 4" iPhone 5s display.
