Rumor: Samsung Galaxy Note 4 to come with a 12MP OIS camera, not a 16MP one

A new report courtesy of South Korea's ETNews claims that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 4 flagship phablet will opt for a 12-megapixel camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), instead of the 16-megapixel ISOCELL we have a very good reason to expect.

The source goes further, suggesting that Samsung and its hardware partners already have production facilities set up. Apparently located in Tianjin, China, the facility will take care of the 12MP unit's mass production (the Note line is quite popular).
