Back in April, Xiaomi announced that it would start selling smartphones in 10 new markets this year, although it didn’t provide exact time frames for that. It looks like the company is almost ready to start operations in India, as it launched an Indian website a few days ago - and Hugo Barra, Xiaomi’s Vice President, made sure to let the world know about this via Google+.
For the moment, the website doesn’t contain much, but there’s the promise of an “incredible journey.” Obviously, the website makes use of the recently-acquired Mi.com domain, which Xiaomi bought ...
