AT&T started selling the Asus PadFone X in June, six months after the device was officially announced. According to Taiwanese website Focus Taiwan, sales of the PadFone X have been “pretty good” until now - thus, Asus and AT&T are already preparing a next-generation model. Reportedly, the info comes from Asus vice president Benson Lin.
While there are no details on the specs of the next-gen Asus PadFone X, the device will certainly be comprised of a smartphone and a tablet dock, just like the first (current) model.
