Do you root or jailbreak your Android or iOS devices?

For most people, a smartphone is a device that looks and functions the way its manufacturer intended it to. Those people often don't have the time, patience, or knowledge, to go ahead and attempt any modifications that would allow them a wider degree of control over their phone (or mess it up completely). And that's absolutely fine -- especially considering that rooting their Android device, or jailbreaking their iDevice, invalidates their warranty.


But a vocal, yet smaller, community doesn't feel that way. They want their smartphone to look and work exactly as they want it to, ...
