Google might be working on a full app and data backup feature for the Play Store

The rumor mill has it that Google could be working on a pretty useful and much-anticipated functionality, which would restore both the apps and all of their data (not just the likes of settings) to a new device. It is speculated that the feature will be implemented into the Play Store itself. Users would be able to choose among a list of backups from all devices (both smartphones and tablets) that are associated with their account. Once you restore a given backup, all of the apps (including their data) will make their way to your new or freshly-wiped Android device in a timely fashion. It is also ...
