HTC's default keyboard now available from the Google Play Store

Instead of pushing out updates for core apps mixed in firmware updates, the latest trick by manufacturers is to publish these apps in the Google Play Store. By doing this, any changes made to the app can be downloaded by users quickly, instead of having to wait for a carrier update. Motorola has used this quite effectively, with Sony right behind.



Now, HTC is joining the club with the HTC Sense Input app, now available in the Google Play Store. The default keyboard for HTC devices now includes support for Google Extract View in landscape mode, offers .ru/.ro/.nl on Russian/Romanian/Dutch ...
