Update to KitKat finally arrives for Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE-A

Last summer, Samsung released the Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE-A in South Korea. Powered by the Snapdragon 800 processor, the phone was designed to work with zippier LTE Cat. 4 networks, and was one of the first updated by the manufacturer to KitKat. For the international version of the phone, the GT-I9506, the story was much different. On Thursday, Samsung finally squeezed out Android 4.4.2 for the device.
