Upon release, Android L might have customizable quick settings

Perhaps the most characteristic quality of open-sourced projects, like Android, is the possibility for the folks actually building the thing to get input and suggestions from third-parties. If those are deemed feasible and interesting enough, then the project team can actually implement a given feature for the benefit of the entire community.
