LG has sent an email to XDA, alerting the group of modders to its future plans regarding unlocking the bootloader on future phones. The message was in response to a missive sent by XDA member Wolfgart, inquiring about an official solution from LG. The manufacturer replied that it is prepping a server to be used for a safer bootloader unlocking process.
