LG unveils an LTE-enabled version of its G Pad 8.0 slate

Several months ago, LG unveiled its latest crop of G Pad tablets, the LG G Pad 7.0, G Pad 8.0, and G Pad 10.1. The devices were to stand up to Samsung's fourth generation of Tab series, which got announced in the beginning of April this year. However, all of Sammy's Tab 4 tablets supported LTE, whereas LG's offerings were devoid of the useful connectivity feature. Up until now, that is, as LG just revealed that it is on the verge of releasing an LTE-enabled version of one of its latest G Pad slates, the G Pad 8.0.
