Apple acknowledges iOS 8.0.1 issues, posts downgrade guide, confirms iOS 8.0.2 in the works

Apple's latest update to their mobile OS – iOS 8.0.1 was immediately reported by some iPhone 6 users to cause serious issues, such as losing network connectivity and TouchID support. Quite a serious blooper this one, but Apple wasted no time in acknowledging it (as opposed to #bendgate, which still hasn't been officially addressed).



The Cupertinians' support page now says that iOS 8.0.2 is currently in the works and will fix the aforementioned issues. In the meantime, as a temporary work-around, the page gives users a step-by-step guide on how to downgrade to vanilla iOS 8 (yes, a guide ...
