T-Mobile sues Huawei over industrial espionage and theft

T-Mobile has filed a lawsuit in federal court in Seattle, claiming that Huawei has stolen software, specifications, hardware, and intellectual property, regarding the carrier's own cellphone-testing technology.



In order to get more reliable handsets from suppliers, T-Mobile has developed its own robot – “Tappy” – which tests phones by touching them much like a human would, only “more frequently and in shorter space of time”.
