T-Mobile currently offers a promotion that allows consumers to "Test Drive" its network for one week. The carrier not only supplies its network for free, it also allows those checking out its pipeline to use a free Apple iPhone 5s. Of course, each test driver has a $699.99 hold put on a credit card, just in case. T-Mobile is planning to update the fleet of phones that it uses for the promotion, to iOS 8.
