According to a leak out of Portugal, here is what HTC will announce later today at its "Double Exposure" event. The HTC Desire Double Eye features a 13MP "selfie" camera in front, and a 13MP camera in back. The phone is equipped with a 5 inch screen and a quad-core 2.3GHz Snapdragon 801 is under the hood. There is 2GB of RAM, with 16GB of native storage.
