Huawei has announced an official UK launch date and price for its affordable 64-bit handset – the Ascend Y550. It will be available on October the 15th for a price of $160 (£99.99) through various retailers and network providers in the country.The phone is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 410 – one of the company's first 64-bit chipsets to hit the market.
