HTC today kicked off a promotion called Hot Deals, which allows customers in the US to buy various products at discounted prices. This is how it works: every Tuesday, for the next nine weeks, HTC will be selling a device - via HTC.com - for significantly less than its regular price. This Tuesday, November 4, HTC is offering the Nexus 9 16 GB for $199, instead of $399.
