Zuck explains why you need a separate Facebook Messenger app

Not too long ago, Facebook caused a bit of trouble with its users by decoupling messaging from the full mobile Facebook app and forcing users to download a separate Messenger app. Facebook didn't help itself out by keeping quiet on the reasons for making the change, but Mark Zuckerberg finally explained the decision in a live Q&A session today.
