From the vast prairies of the Chinese blogosphere comes what is claimed to be Sony's first foray into the big tablet arena - a purported Z4 Tablet Ultra. After occupying the 10" and 8" market niches with its thin and waterproof slates, Sony is allegedly prepping a 13-incher, or a one with a 12.9" display diagonal, to be precise.
