LG has just unveiled its 2014 flagship, the G3, the first smartphone outside of China with a very sharp, Quad HD (2560 x 1440-pixel) display and an improved, 13-megapixel camera with advanced optical image stabilization and a IR laser auto-focus assist light. Under the hood of the LG G3 roars a quad-core Snapdragon 801 system chip with each of the Krait processing cores capable of reaching up to 2.5GHz clock speeds.
The true geek, however, would hardly find that barebones information about the chips powering the G3 sufficient. Such an imaginary tech specs lover would ask for the chip ...
