Google Wallet gets Material design update and automatic money transfers

If you were to just look at the version number of Google Wallet, yesterday saw the biggest update to the app that we've ever seen. Unfortunately, the app itself might not feel as though it received such a big update. Google Wallet made a big leap, going directly from version 2, all the way to version 7, but there were only a couple features added beyond the new Material design makeover.

The big change here is obviously the Material design UI. Google Wallet doesn't have too many layers involved, so you don't quite get the sense of depth; but, you will get the slide out navigation ...
