Sony Xperia Z2 gets another price cut in the US (obviously because the Z3 is launching soon)

Sony just revealed that it Xperia Z2 is now available to buy in the US for $579.99 - a significant price drop compared to the handset’s initial price of $749.99. It’s not the first time when the Z2 gets a price cut, though the previous wasn’t as impressive as this one.



Obviously, Sony decided to drop the price of the Z2 because the Xperia Z3 will be released in the US soon. As you may know, the Z3 is thinner than the Z2, while also being a bit faster, as it’s powered by a 2.5 GHz Snapdragon 801 MSM-8974-AC processor.
